Face to Face Fridays is back this week. Just to clear up any confusion you might have your video does not have to be a new or current video. Any YouTube video or blog post containing a video can be linked up. It has to be family friendly. No nakedness or twerking please. Keep it classy around these parts. Can't wait to check out everyone's videos this weekend.
Linking up again with you this week! Its unfortunate that you have to put a disclaimer about twerking on your post. I can't believe people would link a video of them doing such. This whole twerk movement needs to end.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting and have an awesome weekend!

Thank you for linking up again! Twerking is killing me. It's not even new. Bey was twerking YEARS ago but I guess Miley Cyrus made it famous again. So gross.
DeleteYou're cutting back on playdates and I'm adding more to our calendar. JJ needs to get out and socialize with more kids his age. I hope Savannah enjoys being with the older girls. I think that self consciously we as moms justify telling ourselves that are kids aren't to move on in situations like that because on some level it's our way of making time stand still. It's bittersweet watching our children grow and letting them move up and be with older kids just makes it real that time is flying by and they'll soon be leaving the nest.
ReplyDeleteAnd you're not alone with the yelling. I'm cutting back and taking the time to take a breather, gather my thoughts and speak to the kids in a calm voice. That's one parenting trait from my childhood that I don't want to keep in my children's childhood.
Yes we're cutting back! Sav is quite the social butterfly. I really want her to start focusing more on her education. She'll be starting her new dance class this coming week and I'm pretty excited for her. I tried to do better with the yelling this week but I have so such a low tolerance for misbehavior. I'm working on it... Thanks for linking up!
