Glad to see a video from you. Thanks for being honest. I feel the same way about Noah sleeping. That is usually my time to get things done. If I were to give a tip that would be my secret. I have been up until ungodly hours sometimes though. Hopefully I can get out of that bad habit. I am sure you will feel like you have a hold of it soon. I wish I had better tips but I STILL feel overwhelmed with one. People tell me to just plan. plan. plan.
I was cracking up at the clothes fixing by the way. That would be me. Keep up the videos.
I struggle with either going to bed late or getting up early. That seems to be the only way to get some good work time in. I'm going to try to keep vlogging. I enjoyed it!
I enjoyed the video! Thanks for being open and not sugar coating talkn bout oh, life is easy with 2 kids...lol. I totally understand the rest thing. If I rest, who will take care of home? I felt anxious or overwhelmed after adding a new baby. -Inyeda(whitemoma)
The adjustment to two is very real. You are just 4 weeks in. After awhile it just comes and you don't really remember what it was like with one child. People always told me that the hardest is to go from one to two and after having another one I totally get it!
I wish someone had told me what to expect, LOL! I never thought that it would be so much work going from one to two but it has been. My daughter will be three soon so I'm hoping that it gets better as they both get older.
I'm sorry you're feeling overwhelmed, but it will get better. You have a new addition to the home so it's going to take a while for the three of you all to get into your flow.
I am going to be one of those annoying women who tells you that you need to get rest and not overdo it. I ended up tearing my stitches because I overdid it and it took me longer to heal from the c-section. I know you're a supermomma, but please be careful.
Since I only have Jasmine, I don't have a whole lot of experience with parenting two kiddos, I feel at a loss to give tips. But I found this article about parenting two or more that had some good advice: http://kellymom.com/parenting/parenting-faq/tips-newborn-toddler/
Looking forward to seeing more videos from you, but we understand. Family comes first! We'll be here once things start to settle down :)
Thanks for the article! I'll check it out! Awe man, that had to be tough dealing with your stitches. I can't even imagine! When I am in a little pain I take one of my pain meds and that seems to help. I'm just having a hard time not feeling like I "should" be doing all these things. Hopefully we'll find a routine soon. Lord know I'm trying!
This is all so true Tia! Have you tried wearing Michael Elliott in an ergo carrier while you grocery shop and Savannah in the cart so you only have to go once a week? I felt that was easiest for me. If I ever forgot one random thing Tim would pick it up on the way home. Do you have an ergo? They have infant inserts and that's the only way I could grocery shop with my 3. Also, tell Mike to get you a maid! :)
An ergo carrier is on my list of things to get. I will need the infant insert I'm sure. That's the only way I see outings getting better for us. Target had them on sale a few weeks ago. I should have gotten one then. I also keep toying with the idea of a double stroller but I just don't want one, LOL! Ha, a maid would be awesome even if she only came once a month to do deep cleanings. I'll let you know how that conversations goes for me :-) !

It is more than I expected it to be for sure. I'm glad to hear that someone else understands.
