I believe in living a fabulous life. I'm an Army wife, mother, sister and friend. A girly girl who's trying to do it all. Motherhood has given me a new focus and purpose. Hopefully, this blog will be a place for women to take a virtual break. Have a little me time. Take a breath. Be chic.
A little background on me. I am a Carolina girl. Born and raised in both of the lovely Carolinas. I attended East Carolina University, Go Pirates!, and that is where I met my oh so handsome husband. We married December 30, 2005, I graduated college May 6, 2006 and we moved to Washington, D.C. July 3, 2006. Busy, right? We spent almost four great years in the District and I think those four years really shaped me. It was something about living there that made me become more of my true self. More of a grown up I suppose...
We've moved a couple times since then. We also welcomed three beautiful babies to our family - Savannah, Mikey and Moses. I became a stay at home Mom after Savannah was born. It has been a wild ride and I know our adventure is really only beginning. Join me on this fantastic trip as I move around the world, raise my kids and stay true to the woman inside me that's hoping I don't lose myself through it all.
